1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
New4U System Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “New4U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a digital coupon marketplace (the “Services”) which includes, and is accessible via, (i) the website published at http://www.voucherkorea.com (collectively, the “site” or “Application”). The Services, for example, allow users to access coupons of certain third-party merchants (“Merchants”) for in-store use. By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use (“Terms”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and New4U. Please read carefully these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which may be found at http://www.voucherkorea.com/terms-of-use, and which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, (please do not use the Services) we suggest not using the Services.
1.2 Modification
We may change these Terms from time to time, on a prospective basis, and modify, add or discontinue any aspect, content or feature of the Services, at its sole discretion. Your continued use or accessing of the Services following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. To the extent that an arbitrator or court of applicable jurisdiction determines that applying any changes to Terms would render this an illusory or unenforceable contract, such changes shall be applicable on a prospective basis only, with respect to events or circumstances occurring after the date of such changes, to the extent necessary to avoid these Terms being deemed illusory or unenforceable.
1.3 Prohibition
Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the Site, Application or Services, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited.
2. Community Participation
2.1 Registration
To utilize certain portions of the Services, you may be required to complete a registration process and establish an account with New4U (“Account”). You represent and warrant that all information provided by you to New4U is current, accurate, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy and completeness of this information on a prompt, timely basis.
2.2 Password and Security
As a registered user of the Services, you may receive or establish a user name and one or more passwords. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password(s) and Account(s). You understand and agree that you are individually and fully responsible for all actions and postings made from your Account(s). Any accounts you create are not transferrable. You agree to notify New4U immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account(s).
2.3 Privacy
New4U respects the privacy of our users. The Privacy Policy provided via the Site and Application, and which may be found at http://www.voucherkorea.com/ terms-of-use, is expressly incorporated herein by reference and made a part of these Terms.
2.4 User Generated Content
New4U does not pre-screen or regularly review all contributed content. However, New4U has the absolute right (though not the obligation) to remove, without notice, any content posted.
By posting any content, you represent and warrant (a) you have all right, title, and interest to such posted content, including but not limited to any consent, authorization, release, clearance or license from any third party (such as, but not limited to, any release related to rights of privacy or publicity) necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the posted content, or (b) such posted content is in the public domain, or (c) your use of such posted content constitutes fair use. You further represent and warrant that posting such content does not violate or constitute the infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, moral rights, or other intellectual property right recognized by any applicable jurisdiction of any person or entity, or otherwise constitute the breach of any agreement with any other person or entity.
You also agree not to post any of the following types of content to the Site or Application: (a) adult content, pornography, explicit sexual images, or nude images; (b) content containing explicit, vulgar, or obscene language; (c) content promoting hate, abuse or destructive actions; (d) content promoting illegal activities; or primarily political, religious, psychic, or metaphysical content; (e) content promoting pirated software; (f) content intending for phishing or spreading malware; (g) content that is disparaging of any person or entity; (h) content that is in violation of any law or regulation; or (i) any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by us.
2.5 License to New4U
By posting or contributing content to the Services, or by providing any feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions to New4U, you are granting New4U a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use your content in connection with the operation of the Services, including, without limitation, (a) the license rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your content, and/or to incorporate it into a collective work, and (b) the right to sublicense any or all of New4U’s license rights to others. You further waive any and all moral rights in and to such content in favor of New4U. (e) creating more than one account, forging user names, manipulating identifiers, or otherwise impersonating any other person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
(f) emulating or faking usage of the Services;
(g) violating or attempting to violate any security features of the Services;
(h) using manual or automated software, devices, scripts, robots, or other means or processes to access, “scrape,” “crawl,” or “spider” any pages contained in the Site;
(i) introducing viruses, worms, software, Trojan horses, or other similar harmful code into the Services;
(j) interfering or attempting to interfere with the use of the Services by any other user, host, or network, including without limitation by means of submitting a virus, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” “pinging,” or “crashing” the Services;
(k) causing, allowing or assisting machines, bots, or automated services to access or use the Services without the express written permission of New4U;
(l) tampering with the operation, functionality, or the security of the Services;
(m) attempting to override or circumvent any security or usage rules embedded into the Services that permit digital materials to be protected;
(n) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or any associated system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures;
(o) misusing, tricking, disrupting, or otherwise interfering with the functioning of the Services; (p) harvesting or collecting email addresses or other contact information of other users or clients from the Services by electronic or other means;
(q) reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property used to provide the Services; (r) engaging in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services;
(s) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting;
(t) deep-linking to any portion of this service without our express written permission;
(u) acting illegally or maliciously against the business interests or reputation of New4U or the Merchants promoted via the Services;
(v) hyperlinking to the Services from any other website without our initial and ongoing consent;
(w) using the Services or any of its contents to advertise or solicit, for any other commercial, political or religious purpose, or to compete, directly or indirectly with New4U;
(x) reselling or repurposing your access to the Services or any purchases made through the Services; or
(y) using the Services or any of its resources to solicit other users of the Services, Merchants or other business partners of New4U to become users or partners of other online or offline services directly or indirectly competitive or potentially competitive with New4U, including without limitation, aggregating current or previously offered coupons or deals.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You agree that it is your responsibility to install end point security software and related protections against viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, destroy, disrupt, or otherwise impair a computer’s functionality or operation.
3. Content
3.1 Information Accuracy
New4U makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for use of any offers, including, but not limited to, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted via the Services or that any third party will honour or acknowledge any such offers, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted via the Services. New4U is not responsible for providing any value for any offers, coupons, rebates, discounts, etc. posted via the Services. New4U is not responsible for the change of information at third party sites or stores including but not limited to rebate information, pricing, availability or fitness for use. You understand that New4U does not and cannot review all material made available through websites linked or linking to any part of the Services. New4U does not warrant that the Services or any functions contained in New4U content available via the Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or bugs.
3.2 Linking
You understand that any linking to or from the Services does not imply in any way that New4U is endorsed by any third party or that New4U endorses or is affiliated with any third party or any third-party website. You agree that New4U bears no responsibility or liability for any content accessed or harm caused from any third-party website. Other websites may collect and treat information they collect differently, so we encourage you to carefully read and review the privacy policy and terms of use for each website you visit.
3.3 Privacy Policy

7. Terms of Sales
7.1 Pricing and purchase
Pricing and whom you pay: The Goods are sold by New4U. New4U will take and process your payment for your order. For clarification, it is not New4U which sells the goods to you. You are buying the product from New4U. All prices on the website for Goods are inclusive of legally applicable GST. Prices are set out to you prior to your purchase and at order confirmation. Our prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect your order, other than in certain circumstances.
Delivery charges: The prices for the Goods may or may not include delivery charges. Any such charges will be stated in each detail. If delivery charges are not included, such costs will be displayed separately and added to the total amount due before you complete your order.
Errors and omissions: Occasionally there may be an error or omission related to the pricing or description of the Goods we sell. We will use reasonable endeavors to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified or learning of them. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend, or remove without notice any information related to Goods for sale (including the Goods themselves).
Post-purchase errors and omissions: Where we have made an error or omission and you have already purchased the Goods.
7.2 Changes to order
Changing your order: Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes to your order, including the quantity of Goods ordered or the delivery address. This Clause does not impact your legal rights to cancel or any rights to return you may have for the particular purchase.
7.3 Delivery of goods
Shipping: New4U shipping options and fees will be set forth in the payment page and will vary by offer. Your purchase is not eligible for shipment outside Singapore.
Delivery estimates: Delivery estimates are provided in the payment page. We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Title: Legal title to the Goods will transfer to you (i.e. the Goods will become your personal property) when the Goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided to us.
7.4 Our cancellation rights
We may cancel: We may have to cancel an order before the Goods are delivered due to an event outside our reasonable control, including due to equipment breakdown or transportation difficulties. We will promptly contact you if this happens.
7.5 Returns and refunds
Our Return Policy: If the Goods have a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise do not conform to your order, you may return the Goods. If you return defective, faulty or non-conforming Goods to us, the Goods will be inspected at our side. If a defect or fault is found or the Goods do not match your order, we will replace such Goods or provide a partial or full refund, in accordance with applicable law. As we are not the manufacturer of the Goods, it is not possible for us to repair defective, faulty or non-conforming Goods. Goods that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns.
Title to returned Goods: New4U takes legal title to the returned Goods only after the Goods arrive at our returns destination. New4U reserves the right to issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, New4U does not take title to the returned Goods.
Problems with your returned Goods: We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund and to recover the cost of the delivery of your return from you in the event that the Goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery to you; the Goods have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or for inspection purposes; or if the problem with the Goods is due to normal wear and tear.
7.6 Goods Information
We are not the manufacturer: We are not the manufacturer of the Goods sold on the Site. While we work to ensure that the Goods match the description on the Site, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for use, the Goods sold on the Site may vary slightly from such product information. We encourage you to read all information presented on labels, warnings and directions which accompany the Goods before use.
Accuracy of descriptions: We have taken reasonable steps to display as accurately as possible the colours and other detailing of the Goods. However, the actual colours and detailing you see on the Site will depend on the equipment you use to view the Goods. We cannot guarantee that the display of any colour or other detailing on your devices will exactly reflect the colour or detailing of the Goods upon delivery.
Healthcare Goods and safety: For healthcare Goods, in the event of any safety concerns or for any other information about a product, we recommend you carefully read the information provided with the product or contact the manufacturer. 8. Coupons
Each ‘Coupon‘ is personal to the person to whom it is issued. It is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into cash. Each ‘Coupon‘ has an expiry date which cannot be modified.
Coupons must be used on the Site towards the purchase of Products. The redemption of Coupon requires the total value of your order (excluding delivery costs) to be higher than the value of the Coupon. Some Coupons may specify a minimum spend in order to be used. In this case, the total value of your order (excluding delivery costs) has to be equal to or higher than the minimum spend specified on the Coupon.
Under no circumstances can the value of a Coupon be deducted from an order if that Coupon is defective or out of date. We will not issue replacements for defective or out of date Coupons.
When Coupon is applied to an order which contains a number of Products, the value of the Coupon will be spread over each Product on a pro-rated basis calculated based on the value of the Product against the total value of your order. Any refund of a Product bought in such an order will be reduced by the value of the Coupon which has been attached to it.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel the New4U Referral Program at any time and the methods through which Coupons are earned, awarded or redeemed.
We reserve the right to disqualify you at any time from participation in our New4U Referral Program and cancel any existing Coupons from your account.
9. Our Liability
In no event shall New4U and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits, howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law, and any disputes arising in connection with this Site, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
